Laokasti restaurant has been recently refurbished in the beginning of 2016 and is running under new management.

Konstantinos Dimitriades (Head Chef) - created the menu, which is a culinary adventure, exploring the multi-dimensional flavors of Santorini. His traditional techniques use fresh local and seasonal ingredients to ensure his contemporary dishes retain the essence of Greek cuisine.

A menu presents the numbers of alluring dishes - traditional and inventive - that competes for attention. Our team is constantly working on featuring new and delicious dishes that embrace local products of Santorini and seasonal ingredients.
