The Laokasti Villas & Restaurant Santorini hotel studios are traditionally decorated, spacious and fully-equipped, catering to your every need. These Santorini studios for rent are comprised of a bedroom, a kitchen and a sitting area that are located in one very spacious, connected area. All studio suites lie right by the pool, while the studios are situated on a lower level, under the pool.

The 10 Laokasti Santorini hotel studios are air-conditioned and include:

a private bath with a hair dryer
a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and all the necessary utensils
a sitting area
a mini bar
a satellite TV
a phone
a safe deposit box
internet access (upon request)
a veranda with a marvelous view of the Aegean Sea and Ios Island

Baby cots are provided in most of the studios upon request.

In order to make a reservation at the Laokasti Villas & Restaurant Oia Hotel Apartments, Studios & Suites for rent in Santorini, it is necessary that 30% of the total cost of the reservation be prepaid via:

* The 10% discount is not offered for the Studio for 2 persons as this type of accommodation has already been discounted and its price is fixed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled:

22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
